An overnight retreat full of learning & understanding yourself on a deeper level through yoga, meditation, somatics, yoga Nidra and journaling.
Autumn is a time that we invite in Calm and Stability. Autumn brings an increase in vata energy, which like the weather, think cold, dry, rough, changeable and constantly moving. Think of blustery autumn days with the wind whipping up the fallen leaves. Too much vata energy can make us feel unsettled, anxious, scatty, overwhelmed and have difficulty focusing. We need to bring theĀ earth element into our lives, our yoga practice offers us a space to create strength, stability and stillness.
