Erica is a 750 RYT, one of Irelands most experienced yoga teachers and has been teaching for over 10 years. Erica’s work encompasses a blend of yoga, meditation and mindfulness approaches that are a holistic and spiritual approach to Life Coaching. She is passionate about working with women who want to create a clear pathway forward that is rooted in their authentic expression and purpose.
The Wicklow Escape

A retreat offering a unique and transformative experience that combines the physical and mental benefits of yoga with the guidance and support of life coaching. Combining yoga and life coaching allows participants to explore their inner selves on both physical and emotional levels. This can lead to greater self-awareness, helping individuals understand their strengths, weaknesses, and life goals.

I am so happy to bring this experience to you in the amazing and magical Wicklow Escape. This will be overnight stay with multiple room options including quad, triple, double and single rooms. The best of Irish hospitality only an hour from Dublin yet secluded in the stunning Glen of Imaal, The Wicklow escape promises to give your guests a luxury experience to remember. Nestled in a quiet and beautiful area, far from the hustle and bustle of city living. There are numerous beautiful walks, hikes and lakes right on our doorstep, taking you up to the local glens and Wicklow mountains.

Nourish your body with a range of Yoga classes including Gentle Flow, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin Yoga, Guided Meditations to nourish your nervous system, Breathwork tools to calm, release and energise. As well as enjoying the nutritious vegetarian and vegan meals prepared by our wonderful hosts. Take in some nature therapy with an optional wild swim and a mindful walk in the woodland.

Erica is Founder & Director of Yoga Sanctuary studio and Director & lead Trainer on the Teacher Training Programme. She has been teaching yoga, Breathwork and meditation for over 10 years and has evolved her teachings to primarily focus on the subtle body, somatics and neuroscience, focusing on the mind-body connection, spirituality, and holistic approaches to well-being.
She is known for her integrity, clarity and presence. Her teaching is informed by a rich understanding of embodiment, anatomy and the subtle body. She is moved by finding the balance between effort and ease, movement and stillness, strength and fluidity, discipline and freedom.
Erica trained in a range of styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Mandala, Restorative and Yin yoga, incorporating many styles of Pranayama and Meditation. Her teachings have greatly evolved from the learnings of the subtle body and somatics in recent years. Most recently Erica completed a Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience and is passionate about guiding people towards personal transformation both on and off the mat.
She runs frequent retreats incorporating women’s wellbeing, yoga, somatics and the elements. The elements being earth, water, fire, air and ether, incorporated into her retreats in a literal and figurative way. Walking the earth, swimming in water, breathing air, incorporating fire in our yoga practice and ether or subtle/spiritual elements that are believed to permeate the universe and connect all living things. Erica invites her students into the joy of having a moving, breathing body focusing on embodying ease within effort.
