Spring is an opportunity for renewal and rebirth. A time for planting seeds to nurture, and to witness the unending cycle of growth and change. It is also a reminder that we cannot grow until we experience a shedding. Releasing old layers, habits, and outmoded beliefs. When we recognise that each waking moment is an opportunity begin again, we can experience the joy of present moment awareness.

On March 20, the Spring Equinox is a celebration of life and fertility. It is a time for striking a balance between yin and yang—and as a “spring cleaning” of stagnant energy that has been stored over the long, dark winter months.

Coinciding with the New Moon in Aries it is a potent time for setting intentions and moving into Spring with a sense of ease and lightness, physically mentally and energetically.

This 1 day retreat with include;
– Calming Meditation for Renewal
– Warming Yoga Flow practice to energise and cleanse,
– Journaling to set intentions under the New Moon and
– Restorative / Yin practice to nourish our body by releasing stagnant energy and letting go of anything that feels heavy.
– Balancing Yoga Nidra to restore the nervous system
