Yin & Pin - yin yoga & acupuncture Workshop

Join Yin Yoga Teacher and Acupuncturist, Sarah, for this 2 hour workshop of mindful Yin Yoga poses, followed by a balancing acupuncture treatment.

The practice of Yin Yoga encourages us to take the time to balance out the Summer season of ‘doing’, with the Yin practices of stillness and ‘being’. Accompanied by soul-soothing poetry and relaxing music, this workshop is designed to bring you into a state of reflection and stillness, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed. The workshop will conclude with a 20 minute acupuncture treatment to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system.

Suitable for those new to Yoga and Acupuncture.
