Samha(yin) Workshop

Samhain is a Gaelic festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter or the “darker half” of the year. Traditionally, it is celebrated from 31 October to 1 November, as the Celtic day began and ended at sunset. This is about halfway between the autumn equinox and the winter solstice.In perfect divine timing, at Samhain we are entering the feminine/yin side of the wheel of the year.Yin energy is restful. It’s gentle & nurturing. It’s intuitive & receptive.
This energy is really encouraging you to take deep care of yourself right now. Sleep as much as you can, don’t push yourself. Whatever self-care looks like for you, do that. Don’t judge yourself for how much you need it right now.

This is where we leave behind the things that we’ve outgrown. Welcome the mystery & the possibilities of the space that it creates in your life.

This workshop will help to energize and restore you from the inside out as we enter into the yang months of the year.

We will explore yin and yang postures to encouraging the natural detoxification process, bringing vitality to the heart and lungs, pranayama (breathing practices) and asana (yoga poses) that are designed to cleanse and tone the respiratory system and stimulate the circulation so that you are left glowing from within.

We will finish with a deeply restorative guided relaxation to calm the nervous system and counter act the effects of stress on the body and mind.

Cacao & Yin Full Moon Workshop

Join Cathy in Ceremony on Sunday 15th May as we celebrate the full Moon with the help and guidance of mama cacao.
The Full Moon is the perfect time to let go of anything you’re ready to heal and release.
We invite you to join a circle of like minded people wanting to reconnect, open up to their Lunar cycles, develop their intuition and take some time for self care.
Workshop will include yin yoga, journaling, meditation, card reading and of course a delicious cup of Keith’s ceremonial grade cacao.
Please bring your own cup and a notebook and pen.
