The retreats are designed to create ease in your body, mind & soul.
Using pranayama techniques incorporating movement and meditation to release energy blockages physically, mentally and emotionally. Healing your body, mind and soul.
Eagles Rock Retreat is situated in Carlingford, in a beautiful lush valley and surrounded by the Cooley Mountains. The yoga studio is the perfect space for you to relax, energize and nourish your body and soul while enjoying the stunning views of proper Irish wilderness – the mountains, the fields and old stone walls, the sheep and the Irish Sea.
This is a 1 day retreat and includes 2 nourishing yoga practices, vegetarian lunch, guided walk & nutritious treats.
